Where can I see the current status of my order?
The current status of your order can be found the fastest by logging on to your account page. You will find all your orders nicely listed there. As soon as we have processed your order you will see that the status has been changed to complete.

When will my order be delivered?
We ship our packages with PostNL or UPS . When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with track & trace code of the carrier with which your package is sent. If you do not receive an email it may have landed in your spam. Standard we strive for delivery within two days.

What if I am not satisfied with the received order?
Of course we find it very important that our customers are satisfied. So what to do if you have received your order, but you have changed your mind? You can return the order to us within 14 days. It is important that the products are unopened and undamaged. After we have received the goods in good shape, we will credit your bill and return the money to you. If we need additional information we will contact you.

I get an allergic reaction to a product. Can I send it back?
In certain cases your body can experience an adverse reaction to a product. Off course we also find this very annoying for you. Unfortunately we can’t take back the product. As a sign of compensation we gladly offer a discount on your next order. Please contact our customer service, they will arrange that for you.
